Message @DawnContactBot on Telegram.
Before you do, Troubleshooting covers most of what goes wrong, and the answer is usually faster there.
What to include
The more of this you send in the first message, the fewer rounds it takes:
- What you expected, and what actually happened.
- When it happened, roughly.
- The coin and the chain.
- The wallet and the profile you were in.
- A screenshot of the failure card, including its reason.
A failure card is the single most useful thing you can send. It carries the reason and the reference that identifies the operation.
What support will never ask for
Never send a private key, a seed phrase, or a Telegram login code. Not to support, not to anyone claiming to be support, not to an account using the Dawn name and logo.Dawn does not need your key to help you, and there is no situation where sending one is the answer. Anyone who asks is stealing from you.Dawn will also never ask you to deposit money to release a withdrawal.
See Security.
What cannot be fixed
Being straight about this saves everyone time:
