Every buy and sell pays a 1% trading fee. Cashback returns a share of it.
Even at the entry tier that is a quarter of every fee, which is why the effective rate most people pay is 0.75% rather than 1%.
Tiers
Your tier is set by your own trading volume over the last 30 days.
Open Rewards → Cashback to see your tier, your rate, your progress towards the next rung, and what you have earned.
What counts as volume
The dollar value of your own trades — buys and sells both — over a rolling 30-day window.
Referral activity does not count towards your cashback tier. The people you invite raise your referral tier instead, on its own ladder.
How the window works
It rolls continuously. Each day, trades from more than 30 days ago drop out of the count and the tier is recalculated.
So your tier follows your recent activity: as your 30-day volume grows, you move up.
Cashback you have already earned is yours regardless. Dropping a tier changes the rate you earn from now on — it never claws anything back.
Getting paid
Cashback joins your referral earnings in one claimable balance. Claim it from the Rewards screen — minimum $5, once an hour, paid as USDC onto your balance. See Rewards.
