Degen Mode
Off by default.
Auto Buy and limit buys follow the same rule while it is on.
Sells always keep your normal slippage, whichever way this is set. That is deliberate: it keeps the fee inside the minimum you have agreed to accept.
Toggle it from Guardrails, or from the Degen button on any token panel.
Auto-Adjust
Off by default.
The trade card names the amount it settled on, so a smaller buy is never a surprise after the fact.
This is the setting that stops “tap $50, have $47.30, get nothing” — useful if you often trade close to your full balance, and harmless otherwise.
Gas Surplus
Off by default. Dawn pays up to $5 of network gas on every trade. When a trade needs more than that, this setting decides what happens.
Presets are $1 · $2 · $5 · $10, or type your own up to $50.
It applies to stops too
Choosing a set
Careful
Degen off, Auto-Adjust on, Gas Surplus $2. Nothing surprising happens, and your stops still fire.
Fast
Degen on, Auto-Adjust on, Gas Surplus $10. You will fill on almost anything, sometimes badly.
