Send only the token and the chain the panel names. Anything else cannot be recovered. Each chain has its own address, so always copy it fresh from the panel rather than reusing one from another chain.

Which chains you can send from

Solana, BNB Chain, Robinhood Chain, Base, Arc, Ink, HyperEVM and Ethereum, plus Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon and NEAR. A route can be unavailable for a while, so the deposit panel has the live list.

The free route

USDC on Solana goes straight onto your balance: no swap, no bridge, no fee, credited as soon as it confirms. From an exchange, it’s the cheapest way in. Everything else is swapped and bridged on the way in. That cost comes out of the amount that lands, and the panel estimates it before you send.

Deposits that land in your wallet instead

SOL sent to your Solana address, and any coin transferred to you outside a deposit route, land in your wallet rather than on your balance. They aren’t spendable USDC until you move them to your balance.

Buying with a card

Tap 💳 Buy with card on the deposit screen, then Open MoonPay. MoonPay is set to buy USDC on Solana into the wallet you’re depositing into. It shows its fees before you pay, and the USDC lands on your balance a few minutes after.
Buying elsewhere? Any exchange works: withdraw to your Dawn deposit address, choosing USDC and the Solana network.

If the balance has not changed

  • Check the address, the chain, and which wallet you deposited into.
  • Ready on the home screen only counts wallets in the profile you’re in. If the wallet is in another profile, switch with Switch profile on the home screen.
  • A deposit sent long after you opened the panel can land without a message, so check Ready too.
  • A coin in your portfolio with your balance unchanged means you received a coin, not USDC — see above.
